I really like this video for a good abs workout. It's good for beginners so definitely try it out. In order to see ab results, you have to burn fat on your stomach. So just remember to do overall workouts to lose body fat. But if you want to tone out your ab muscles, then try this. It's 10 minutes so pretty short but I like that because I don't always have time yk.
