There are many gluteal-centred exercises that we can perform to grow this muscle. Among my essentials are deadlift, Bulgarian (which we must do with the slightly inclined torso), as well as squat and hip trust.
The last one is undoubtedly my favourite, when doing it it is advisable to use a rubber band on the knees; it is also advisable to climb explosively and lower controlling the weight
