Palm pressure may seem simple,  you can do it several times at home but it still requires correct posture to achieve significant results to enlarge your chest sharp and to avoid injury.

 

 STEPS : Do it once every 3 to 4 days a week, 4 to 5 groups each time, 8 to 12 times in each group, with a rest of 30 seconds to 1 minute in between.
