Workout Tips #6 Best Chest Exercise
When I do my workout for my chest, I do two exercises with different variations and the only thing I need is my adjustable weight bench and my barbell and weights. The two exercises with variations are:
Push-ups and Barbell Bench Presses.
First, I do 20 reps of regular, inclined, and declined Push-ups.
Regular Push-ups
Inclined Push-ups
Declined Push-ups
Next, I go to my adjustable weight bench and do 4 sets of bench presses, inclined bench presses, and declined bench presses. Therefore, I have my adjustable weight bench flat, up 30°, and down 30°. My sets are 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps,
and 6 reps for each exercise. Remember to breathe, exhale pressing up, inhale coming down (do this for both the bench presses and the push-ups).
Bench Press
Inclined Bench Press
Declined Bench Press
Tip: Press up fast, Come down slower
Tip: Do this workout every 72 hours
To allow your muscles to rest and recover.
Tip: Start with an appropriate weight or even the bar with no weights, focus on your form and breathing, and gradually increase your intensity and weight as you progress.
I hope you like my chest workout and tips and that it might help someone work on their chest workout. Oh, I almost forgot one tip: Turn up your music loud and enjoy!!!
