I walk 25mins every day to work from the train station.
I generally walk at a fast pace just to feel warm and make it more like a cadio exercise lol.
And i stand 2 hours after lunch so i wont doze off and have more movement which is good for blood circulation.
This is useful esp when you often have a feast for lunch and when you don't get too much chance to properly hit the gym.
I simply love walking!
