Cardio comes in all different ways. You can choose to park far away from wherever you are going to walk in. You can take the stairs instead if an elevator, March in place, garden, jump rope, etc.... my favorite form of cardio is running. You can run just about anywhere and you really don't need any special equipment. It is best to use Proper form though. You need to look out in front of you, shoulders down with your arms by your waist. Keeping your posture tall will help improve your abs as well. I usually start off jogging and work up to a good pace depending on the day and how much time I have. Varying your speed and distance help to improve your overall running.
