Looking to improve your cardiovascular system? Well I have some exercises for you! The first exercise I would suggest for beginners is simple: jogging, whether it's for a few minutes everday or a certain distance everyday it will eventually add up and improve your cardio. My second recommend exercise is using a skipping rope (seen in the picture above) to skip in place for a few minutes everyday. My third recommended exercise would be walking up and down stairs, sounds simple right but it can definetly work out your cardio greatly! And my last recommended exercise for cardio would be to play a sport, this can not only work out your cardio but it can also be really fun! I hope these recommended exerciae were helpful
