Over the past few months, I've embarked on a journey to incorporate cardio exercises into my daily routine at home. It's been an enlightening experience, and I'd like to share some insights and advice based on my personal journey.
Starting Slow and Building Momentum
When I first began, I was a bit hesitant and started with simple activities like brisk walking and cycling on a stationary bike. Starting slow allowed me to build a solid foundation without feeling overwhelmed. It's essential to listen to your body and gradually increase intensity as you feel more comfortable.
