Cardio workouts are maybe the ones I found more difficult.
I rarely do cardio I admit. But I want to made it a part of my routine to get better!
Pamela is one of the youtuber I follow for my home workouts and she is kinda the best!
You will be in pain but also so motivated to continue.
For this purpose I prefer to choose 10 min videos, so I'm not going to give up and at the end i will feel motivated enough to start another video.
So this cardio workout is perfect and the fact that there is no jumping means you will not disturd the ones that live under your apartament🤣. Enjoy!
