When it comes to gym equipment make sure to read the instructions before beginning. If you still don't know how to use the equipment ask a gym worker. If you use the equipment wrong you can get injured or not see the results that you would otherwise. Make sure to push yourself to the max. If you want the best results change what equipment you use a couple times a week. My favorite equipment is the treadmill and I like to use the up hill position to push myself.
