Recently, I've been into working out more and one of my favorite accessories for my gym activities are elastic resistance bands, especially due to their versatility. I mainly use them to exercise my biceps and triceps, however they can also be used to tone your legs.
My advice on this would be to get more than one band, since there are different resistances, and to increase the resistance as you start gaining more strength. Another thing to take into account is using handles, so your grip is firmer and this way it won't slip away, especially when exercising your upper body.
