This is my favorite machine in the gym, not only because its benefits, but because is the only one no one gives a lot of attention, it is most of the time alone ja ja aj
But what is the great thing about this machine, well it works stronger glutes and hamstrings. also, it can provide better stability and support to your lower back, preventing potential injuries. as you can see, like others, you have different levels and believe me, it is very easy to handle, in my case, I work my legs and glutes because I have an umibilical and supraumbilical hernia, and I cannot work much my middle area, so, it works for me.
