The elliptical may seem easy to some people. That's probably because you aren't using it the right way. You shouldn't be going so fast that you can hear it turning. That means you don't have enough resistance. Did you know you can go backwards on the elliptical to work your hamstrings and backside? Change up your routine as well. Make the resistance increase and decrease. You can also use the incline. Make sure you utilize the hand bars for an arm workout. Don't put all the pressure on your toes. Make sure you are bending your knees as you go. It gives you a great workout.
