Let me introduce 'cable crossover'.

It's one of the gym equipment that helps to improve chest, shoulder, core and arms. (Focus mostly upper body)

First adjust weight that fits you.

Grab the handle and simply push handles up and down.

Repeat 15to 20 time per rap.

For me 3 raps enought.
