Well, talking about today’s topic!
You can use all the activities you do everyday to have a consistent exercise in neighborhood. Not only the gym can help you! But you can take advantage in every situation. You will see the change in your energy.

1st: Take children to school: in my case, the school of my child is 10 minutes away from home. I usually take this activity (usually two times a day) to start my day, distress and take a little air, and besides that, I usually do 5,000 steps easily in this routine. You can speak with your loved ones and this is a plus
2nd: Take the stairs in the buildings instead of the elevator or electric stairs. In my case, I live in a 4th floor so I usually avoid using the elevator and take the stair. This is another way to win steps and at the same time exercise. As you can see, those are the stairs that I use every day. I will not lie, it is easier to go down than to go up, but well, someone has to do it
3rd: Go for a walk: this is a routine I have, after going to the gym, I like to go to the park, to beath and stretch my legs, and of course relax a bit. This is an example of a park I use to go
4th: Avoid any kind of transportation to go to places near your area: believe it or not, we get use to go to the supermarket by car, to a restaurant by car, but if you have the supermarket near your house, better to go walking, do not take much food in the bag so you can go many other times and you will have an excuse to do more exercise!
5th: Doing exercises while you work: for example, if you are the kind of person who must be sitting for a long time in the office, you can set an alarm to stand up and stretch, leave things far from you so you have the need to stand to go, for example water and things like these can help you.
6th: Walking your pet: of course! You can do exercises like this and a plus, you are not alone! Unfortunately, I do not have dogs to take for a walk but I take myself to walk ja aj aj (please, be nice, do not rush your dog, they have the need to smell everything and they need time, if you are in a rush, choose another time to take them)
7th: Schedule time with your loved ones: it can be visiting a new place, going to a museum (believe me, you walk hard in a museum ja aj aj) or simple going to the mall, you activate your system by doing something different out of your house. In this time, we went to a Pixar Museum and believe me, we walk hard and had fun too!
