Making Good Use of Exercise Time

When my children are training in the swimming pool, I have two hours to myself. I take advantage of this time by:

 

1. Doing weight training in the gym or,

2. Swimming for an hour or, 

3. Running for half an hour.

 

After completing my workout, I can enjoy a hot shower.
