I live on a farm and do not have a neighbourhood like people living in the city do. The outdoors are my "neighbourhood". There are two main things that I alternate doing in my "neighbourhood" for working out. I try to do one one day and then the other the next day and keep dealing. I love taking my kayak out on the creek near my home! It's a good workout lifting it up and loading and unloading it onto the side by side that I take to the creek and home from the creek. I have a 2.5 mile run that I always do. On the alternating days I go for walk-runs. I put on a good bumping tune and start walking. When the chorus comes on, I start to jog/run and when the chorus is over then I go back to walking. I have a 2.0 mile stretch that I always do.
