I find a good neighborhood workout is a nice brisk walk. I live in the country and have a 3 mile rectangle or a 4 mile square that I choose to walk almost every single day.
Sometimes I choose to walk with a friend. My neighbor is a few years younger than me, and enjoys a good walk just as much as I do. We walk at the same pace. Our miles average a 14:20 pace. It's girl time and the walks seem to go really fast!
Sometimes, if I go alone, I enjoy my AirPods and a good playlist or sometimes I walk just listening to nature. Especially if it's early in the morning and there aren't many people out on the road yet it's just the peaceful sounds of nature. These walks are times to just get in the right mindset and enjoy me time!
