I used to hate the though of any exercise! I didn't wanna move around, and I loved napping. I didn't like the gym, it felt too small with too many people, nor did I like running, biking, or anything like that. But, I found that often times when I had music on, I would automatically start grooving a little bit. So, I took it one step further and started moving on my feet. I decided I wanted to learn dance, so I watched and practiced how to shuffle. Over the course of a year, I've gotten good enough to not think about the moves and I can just do it! Then as I walked around with music on, I started skipping. It made me feel like a kid again! As long as I don't care about what others look at me like, I just enjoy my music and take skipping walks and enjoy nature. Its so much more fun than running! I can also get a ton of steps in ^_^
