Working out in your neighborhood

My advice for working out in your neighborhood is to simply walk.

For example, if you have any errands to run near your house you can use your feet instead of your car.

Walking regularly several times during the week is a real panacea for our health. In fact, walking allows you to burn calories and therefore keep body weight under control, improves posture and balance, has positive effects on blood circulation and heart activity, and promotes intestinal motility.

It also has a beneficial effect on muscles and bones and can slow down the aging process. Lastly, it can also have positive effects on mood: it reduces anxiety and stress levels and stimulates the body's ability to produce endorphins.

Taking long walks is undoubtedly the simplest of the many physical activities we can do to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Walking is in fact a complex movement that involves breathing, blood circulation, locomotion and sets in motion not only the legs, but also the arms, shoulders and spine.

Walking is a physical activity that can provide many benefits if practiced assiduously and consistently. It can be practiced at any age, it has no particular contraindications, unless there are particular pathologies in progress, and it is at no cost, because it does not require special equipment other than comfortable clothing and good shoes.

So, start walking habitually and you will see all the benefits soon!
