Gardening and lawn maintenance can be rigorous workouts too. Think about all the sweat and effort one exerts in 30 minutes of weed pulling, shoveling, and wheelbarrow pushing. I opt to pull most of the weeds on my property instead of using chemicals to kill them. I will admit I use Preen to prevent immediate regrowth. It's tedious, sweaty work that I make more enjoyable by listening to audiobooks while I do it. Not only is it a decent workout, but it saves me money in gas since I live 15 miles from the gym I belong to. Today, after the rain stops, I'm going down to my roadside culvert to burn some calories, build some muscles, and beautify my property a little. Have a great day!
