I'm a beginner work out person and not good at exercising.
But i have every morning routine I've been doing since last November.
Following thankyoububu youtube channel and stretching for my shoulder.
Sometimes it's really difficult to start working out when my condition is bad, but when i made it, it makes me motivated.
