This is a 15 day workout routine to get stronger in all parts of your body
Day 1
Try to run on to e treadmill for as long as you can ( recommended 10 - 15min )
Day 2
10 squates
10 calf raises
2 pistol squates
1 dragon squat ( attempt)
Day 3
10 bicep curls
10 lifts with weights
3 minute plank
Day 4
Rest day
Day 5
10 leg raises
10 burpees
10 Russian twists
10 sit ups
Day 6
10 Shoulder press
10 shoulder raises
Day 7
15 squats
20 jump squates
3 pistol squates
Day 8
Rest day
Day 9
15 calf raises
10 calf raises
Day 10
20 sit ups
15 Russian twists
20 toe touche/ ( obliques )
Day 11-15
Repeat cycle ( don't forget the rest days)
