The key to a good squat is to warm up well before doing the exercise. It is best to start without weight with deep squats without a bar and mobility exercises for the hip. Next, we load the bar and make a first series of approximation that later we will carry with more weight until the one we are going to use to perform the exercise.
When doing the exercise, we must rest the bar on our shoulders and lower as much as possible, avoiding bending our backs and putting our knees together.
In order to achieve a good back position, we can keep our neck upright and look up.
