High bar squats and low bar squats are squats that use the weighted bar bell. High bar squat you need to make sure the bar is on your upper trap muscle, want to make sure it's not sitting on any bone! Low bar squats, the barbell is placed by your shoulder blade or delts. Low bar more force on your back than the high bar which is less stress. Add more weights if needed! Good luck doing your squats.
