High bar and low bar squats

https://community.cashwalklabs.io/workout_routines/3793314

For a high bar squat you actually placed the bar high in the trapezius muscle. This basically across the top of your shoulder. Your feet are shoulder width apart with toes pointed slightly outward. You would do high bar squat if you are aiming to work on your quadriceps.

The low bar squat is where you placed the bar in a posterior deltoid which is your lower or upper back position. Your feet are also shoulder width apart with toes pointed outward. Doing the low bar squat you are working on the posterior muscles. You are working on your glutes and hamstrings..
