Of the two, high bar seems to be the most popular over low bar squats. To perform one, first you must set up the rack at chest level height. Once positioned under the bar, be sure to hold the barbell as narrow as possible before removing it from the rack. Try to create a flat spot to rest the bar by squeezing your back and shoulders. Your feet should be about shoulder width apart to be in the correct position. Always bend at the knees and keep your chest up with your back straight!
