"Rucking" is walking/hiking/trudging/whatever while wearing a heavy backback (or ruck sack) on your back.
I was just reading up on it and it seems to be a pretty great way to excercise.
Specifically, if you're a runner (or a wanna be runner like yours truly), rucking is supposed to be a terriffic way to increase your speed and endurance, while also building up your body in ways whch prevent injury.
It also has the added benefit of allowing you to play soldier as rucking is included in a lot of military training. (Of course, if you're already a soldier, you get to play civilian-playing-soldier.)
Has anybody here tried this?
