I got a new weighted vest and spent most of the day wearing it (inside and outside).
Then I walked to physiotherapy where they made me when harder than usual (which is great since it means I'm in the mend).
Then I ran home (and managed to find a new route with even more ups and downs).
I just did my nightly(-ish) routine of a few quick exercises.
I am going to pass out writing this post.
