Problem with my app again

This is my second time that my Cash App took all my coin and not replace them and Coke my coins today that I did not collect.

It's not keeping on my steps and they're raised them again and again.I delete the app and put it back on it.Still have that  problem. Can you please fix it why is this happening to me again
